Services Section Started

We have just launched our services section. This is where you can see everything we have to offer you as a band, artist, or even a company. When it comes right down to it, there isn't a thing we can't do. So, if you see something you want done that isn't listed, feel free to ask us by e-mailing fasterchild@cutmedeep.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

There don't seem to be any cross browser problems that we have noticed as of yet. The actual sections themselves will be coming soon though. We just thought it would be a good idea to let you all know what we have to offer right now. We will be expanding on this section soon, so keep an eye out. There are a lot more things we plan on offering.

Let us know if you catch any problems, we would really appreciate it. Thanks guys :)

Events Section Released

We just released our Events Section a couple minutes ago. We haven't noticed any problems as of yet, but feel free to let us know if you see anything weird going on.

This section is where you will be able to check out where we are going to be and when. Right now we are advertising The Halloween Show being held at Deja Vu in Plainville, CT. This is going to be a pretty kick ass show! Look West and Vespera will be playiny, as well as FASTERCHILD who will be DJing the event.

Deja Vu and Look West have set up a couple kick ass contest prizes as you will see in the events section. We were thinking of just stealing the money and running away forever. But, then we remembered that we have no where to go...

Anyway, we hope you enjoy the Events Section!

Journal Section Released

We have just released the new Journal Section for the site ( http://www.cutmedeep.com/journal/index.html ) and everything seems to be working fine. This section is pretty self evident. You can read the thoughts of everyone that has to do with Cut Me Deep in Journal form.

We use an outside platform for our blog system, called Blogger. It's pretty easy to use and a breeze to set up on your server (if you plan on hosting the whole thing). Thought I would drop them some props on creating a pretty stable and simple system :)

Anyway, if you see anything wrong, feel free to let us know. And if you would like a Journal of your own, e-mail us ( fasterchild@cutmedeep.com ) and we will see what we can do about setting one up for ya.

Spirit Section Released

We released out Spirit section yesterday early morning with little to no problems. The spirit section is where you can find free HTML codes for custom graphics. You can use these codes on your MySpace profile, Blog, or even your website if you'd like.

Some people might have a problem getting the codes because of a simple problem with their pop up blocker. To understand this a little better, you should probably know how this works. In order to get the codes for the graphic you desire, you will have to choose which color of edge you would like. After you click a color a pop up will appear with the code for that graphic. If you pop up blocker is set to disable pop ups for our site, then you will not be able to copy and paste the codes we have set up for you.

We realize some of you might be hesitant to trust our site on your pop up blocker, but we can assure you that we will never use pop ups for any other reason than to give you Cut Me Deep information. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT POP UP ADS!! And we can't stress that enough. Nor will we ever support malicious software designed to hurt your computer, modem, or other property.

If you ever DO happen to experience a problem, PLEASE let us know as soon as you can. For if something ever does happen, it would mean someone has hacked the site, and is using our servers for their own misdeeds.

New Website Design

We have now launched the new cutmedeep.com website design! Everything seems to be working properly at the moment. We have encountered a small list of problems, though. These problems include...

• Journal Top Navigation Spacing Error - When you look at the top navigation while reading a cut me deep journal, the navigation seems to be split from the top image. This does NOT happen in Internet Explorer.

• Website Width Exceeds Browser Area - This only happens if your screen resolution is lower than 1024 pixels in width. We are working on correcting this for all you laptop users out there. The suggested resolution for cutmedeep.com is 1152 x 864 or higher.

We will be working on permanently solving these issues, and if you have anything to say that might help, please feel free to comment. All suggestions are welcomed!
