THE MYSTERIOUS RESURRECTION

So, my last post was all about how my car died and how pissed I was about being stuck at home forever now. Well, as it turns out, my car decided to come back to life today!! Fucking weird, right?? I have no idea why it is working all of the sudden, but I guess some mysteries are better left unsolved.

This is what happened. I had to go somewhere this morning at 9:30 and had my mother pick up and drop me off. After it was over, she picked me up and brought me home. I then called an mechanic to see how much it would cost to fix the fuel pump and fuel filter. He said it would come to something like $650 or higher (because it has an internal pump within the gas tank). I was like, uuuugh, alright, I just need wheels. So, as the tow truck was on its way to come pick up Hootch (my 1993 Acura Vigor) I decided that I would DJ some music to help me feel better. I went to grab the CDs out of my car buuuuut there was a CD I wanted still in the CD player. So, I plugged the CD player into the car (I had unplugged it a couple days earlier) and tried to eject the CD. For some reason the CD player wasn't turning on even with the car being in auxillary. So, I got pissed and tried turning over the engine and WALLA!! She started right up!! I was blown away with happiness. I emidiately called the mechanic and cancelled the tow truck. They were kind of pissed but whatever.

I don't completely understand what the hell happened here, but the only explanation I can come up with is that a higher power above myself just didn't want me driving for four days because something really bad was going to happen to me or something. Sounds far fetched, but who knows for sure.
